If material were available you would issue a purchase order outlining the material desired, tonnage, your pricing information and shipping information. PLEASE NOTE, MARKETS ARE PLENTIFUL AT THIS TIME AND MANY GRADES MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. Central Paper Stock sells various types of waste paper and bales competitively with FOB our dock or rail yard St. Louis. Competitive pricing means that paper may go to the highest bidder. All pricing is per 2000 pound ton. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. All new accounts must complete a credit application and may be required to pre-pay their first order or establish an irrevocable letter of credit.
